They know me by name, ask about my little girl, they see me every week, a place where 7 deposits a month go. I lost my wallet the other day and went to my local branch office where they know me. They called me by name when I walked in and shook my hand.
I told them I lost my wallet and needed a new bank card. The big banker Justin asked me for my DL? I lost my wallet it was in there I said. He said oh to bad you will have to wait 7-14 days for a new card. Then he stated if I like he will get me $20 from my account so I can go get a new DL.
I left upset and called the 800 number when I got home. They told me how to get money from my account without a bank card and also shipped me another cc overnight. I will never go to my local branch office again and will be closing all accounts with Well Fargo in the coming weeks because of the way I was treated at branch office. Poor, poor, poor customer service and highly understaffed. Definetly does not exist to provide customer service, just want to make money. I understand it's a business but years of mistreatment I've received from this bank made me so furious I will take my business somewhere else.
From my personal experience, i highly suggest not banking at this location. You really need to re-evaluate this branch and maybe even re-train your manager and CSR because this is bad for business. You give good customer service, in return not only will your customers come back but will "buy" into your products as well as recommend this branch. Until things change "there" at this branch, I will continue to persuade people to visit other locations.
It's all about customer service and Wedgewood Plaza missed their mark by a long shot. My husband and I visited this office on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017 to ADD my name to his accounts . Upon arriving, the branch manager quickly approached us and directed us to a customer service rep. Unfortunately this particular customer service rep is someone my husband had dealt with before and was not helpful . Worst worker a teller name Lisa little short Hispanic girl with glasses was so rude and had a attitude the whole time. I asked a few questions and she straight up huss and puff like if I was asking for too much.
Seriously I decided to close my account here due to that lisa girl you guys need to fired her hire people that wants to work . And also she was saying something in Spanish which I don't understand. WELLS FARGO knew for more than a decade that MICHAEL WALLACE died in 1999 and that title to the home had been transferred to his wife by a deed that was a matter of public record in 2000. With knowledge of MICHAEL WALLACE's death, WELLS FARGO accepted his widow's payments to reinstate the mortgage loan in late 2000. In 2006, WELLS FARGO reinstated the loan for a second time after WALLACE paid arrears of approximately $7,000 and resumed monthly payments. When WELLS FARGO discontinued its 2006 foreclosure action against WALLACE it implicitly acknowledged her ownership and rights under the subject mortgage.
WELLS FARGO's reinstatement of the loan and its agreement permitting WALLACE to resume month payments were tantamount to an agreement permitting her assumption of the loan. Further, since 2008, WELLS FARGO solicited more than $11,000 in payments from WALLACE. This led her to believe that it intended to modify her loan so that it was affordable to her. I am going to request my total work history which was at the down town location at 3300 Main St. Houston,Tx. Once I receive them I will be filling a law suit. I left on Labor day weekend 1997 and never went back due to personal problems. Nothing what so ever involving any sort of theft. I worked at this location for 12 years. If these allegations of this woman stating these character damaging statements against anyone are true.
She needs to loose her and I don't care if she is the President. This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my cards connected to my acct. They are very incompetent, uneducated, and lack knowledge needed to do what their suppose to do. My daily limit has now reduced after bwing a member since 2005 and having direct deposit for years due to the incompetent performances. The manager looks like a pill head and this is the 3rd banker that has made a mistake at this branch. JHO Douglass stayed his recommendation for twenty days in the hope that plaintiff WELLS FARGO's review of his recommendations would result in a loan modification.
Despite this stay, counsel for plaintiff WELLS FARGO did not offer a loan modification at the sixth settlement conference, on January 26, 2011. JHO Douglass adjourned the matter to a seventh settlement conference on March 10, 2011. Again, counsel for plaintiff did not offer WALLACE a loan modification. At this conference, JHO Douglass referred the matter to me with his "Recommendation to Dismiss."
By far the worst WF branch ever visited. The so called branch manager was incompetent and uninformed, and she had no clue regarding proper and customary banking procedures. Worst yet, she was extremely arrogant, impolite and unfriendly. Don't go there if you want knowledgeable manager or friendly service.
I tried to cash a check from my dba account, and was turned down by the bank manager, because she insisted that it was not allowed. I then went to another branch and did the exact same thing with absolutely no questions or problems. A few years ago their 'manager' Michael Williams called the police on me. Wells Fargo Card Services sent me a letter instructing me to go to the bank to be indentified because I used an incorrect password causing them to stall my account.
Because my drivers licence had a flag on it and his did not, he and another employee, Ann Gibson, accused me of having a "fraudulent licence" and a "fraudulent letter". I called the 800 number on the letter for them but that wasn't good enough. They called the police and then Williams proceeded to make up absurd stories like I was "bouncing checks" and "having confirmed fraud on my credit card".
If he is the manager at that branch, STAY AWAY. I am a team member I walked in to do a deposit and requested to use a bathroom. I was wearing my badge and making a deposit where they could check to see who I am and see that I am SAFE certified.
The manager refused to let me me saying it "wasn't a public restroom". I understood and stated that I was in fact a team member. I called to speak to him about it and he was extremely snarky. I explained I understood what he was saying and stated that he was in fact NOT customer eccentric. To treat even a team member that way was just the bottom of the barrel for me. U would not go to this location again even though it's down the street from my home.

WALLACE failed to interpose an answer, but contacted WELLS FARGO to attempt to modify the loan. WELLS FARGO alleges that in November 2008 it informed WALLACE that because she was not a signatory to the loan and had not assumed the loan, she was not eligible for a loan modification. WALLACE alleges that WELLS FARGO, from August 2008 to January 2010, put her into four different trial payment plans. Despite making payments, she did not secure a loan modification. Instead, WELLS FARGO informed her about loan modification denials because of missing documents or missed payments. Plaintiff WELLS FARGO holds the note and mortgage in this foreclosure action.
On the closing date of the loan and mortgage, June 1, 1998, the loan and mortgage were assigned to NORWEST MORTGAGE, INC., a predecessor of plaintiff WELLS FARGO. I cannot begin to say how wonderful this branch has been to my family & myself. I love the Wilsonville Wells Fargo branch.
The staff is professional and friendly. They always greet me by name & make me feel as if I belong to their bank, not only as an account holder, but as a member of the community. The management greets me in the lobby & makes it important to call me back immediately if I reach out to them from home. I'll never leave Wells Fargo & I'll never take my business away from the Wilsonville Branch.
There too many alternatives that give better service with professional courteous store manager. I was in there today to deposit money and was greeted with smiles, professionalism, and also received some really good advise. As a business owner receiving constructive criticism is always needed. I may end up utilizing this bank more for my business.
Not only did they keep refusing to connect me with someone more informed than themselves, they were very rude and combative as I repeatedly requested to speak with a Business/Corporate Account Mgr or Banker. After mins of repeating the same request in differently, and being left on long holds, I made it to Paul! Thank you Paul for saving the day with your professionalism.
